If the reservation does not meet your requirements and you wish to cancel the booked appointment, please feel free to notify us via email or phone.

In case you are unable to attend the scheduled appointment for any reason, kindly inform us in advance. As reorganization takes time, cancellations/modifications are possible free of charge if done 48 hours prior to the booked appointment (via email or phone), considering our operating hours.
